These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Northamptonshire Drainage Experts. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Northamptonshire Drainage Experts provides professional drainage services including but not limited to drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain repairs, septic tank emptying, and emergency drainage services.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon inspection of the work required.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out charge.

Guarantee

We provide a 12-month guarantee on our workmanship for standard drain unblocking services. This guarantee covers the same blockage returning at the same location. It does not cover blockages caused by new obstructions or issues unrelated to the original work.

Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and all risks associated with our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to drainage systems, damage caused by factors outside our control, or issues arising from customer modifications to our work.

Access

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the areas where work is to be carried out. We reserve the right to refuse to carry out work if access is unsafe or if we encounter unexpected hazards.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days.
